Multivane Finisher

The multivane finisher is a hybrid citrus-processing machine combining elements of Brown’s screw and paddle series of finishing equipment.

Sloped vanes fixed around a large shaft spin product against the surface of perforated screens, expelling juice through the perforations while retaining the solids and conveying them towards the pomace chute at the discharge end of the machine. The close-tolerance vanes are designed to prevent screen blinding while keeping the pomace intact and the large shaft diameter ensures maximized surface area contact between the product and the screens. The vane slope allows the finisher to be used as a high-capacity machine without sacrificing juice or pomace quality and yield.
